Hi! I’m Leslee, Health, Life, Mindset Coach and Personal trainer certified. I’ve always been very active growing up and into adulthood but often struggled with my relationship with food. Being on different dance teams on a collegiate and professional level I struggled to fuel my body properly being stuck in the diet mentality. This led to a lot of other challenges like: lack of self worth, low energy, foggy brain, and horrible eating and drinking habits. It wasn’t until I had my own daughter that I got serious about learning how to have a healthy relationship with food.. Because I knew she would be following in my footsteps and I was the one who would be her number one influence in those crucial younger years. It’s taken some time but I have finally been able to break the cycle from years of seeing food as good or bad, taking fat burners to curb my appetite, and binge eating.. I don’t want anyone else to be stuck in this cycle, and that is exactly why I’ve created this course.
